          Diversity in Classroom
                Education is enthusiastic with diverse classrooms. Some people support that student should be in school because school is a real copy of the life and the best life education centre. Students face various cultural background in class, and they accommodate life faster with the diversity. However, every class may not be innocent. Special class is an example for this. If we put students in special class, they can limit themselves with their specialization. Also, many expert supports that we should put students in diverse class but what about teachers. There are many factor effecting teachers in class. Dress students wear, the language student use, and physical features e.g. can influence teacher. If a student has hearing problems, this can effect that student because teacher may ignore the student and may think that he does not have a chance to learn like his peers in class and give up interesting with the child. This is a dimension belonging to teacher expectations. Also, teacher can expect more or less from real capability of the students. This is a real danger. In this way, teacher can enforce student’s brain and this can throw insurance of the students. Moreover, teacher can decrease real capability of a genius, this can also throw insurance of the student. As we see as an example with Einstein.
                Danger of wrong teacher expectation is not limited with the example below. There is an effect which is called sustaining expectation. This expectation reminds me a Turkish proverb which is “our name has become nine, it does not never become eight”. It means that people can be remembered belonging to their old habits, and whenever people see them, they remember it. Teachers can remember their students like this. If one of them gets A from his all exam, teacher can give an A to his a bad exam result. This is sustaining expectation effect. Moreover, this can be actualized in its opposite way. Students also can be effected by this danger. Teachers’ effect on them can influence them to accept their situations, and they can normalize this situation on themselves.
                Teachers should understand that they should get used to teach students with their varieties because differences between students are not limited with diversities below. Students can have different intelligences which are bodily kinesthetic, emotional intelligence, e.g. they are also should be thought when teaching. Otherwise, many students will be had to take individualized education because there are still many people telling that ability is nature which is known as coming born. It means that it is hard for us to be in same school with our differences. Actually, I agree this sentence in some parts. There are many genius students and they should be enriched. If we put that in same class with the other students, we may lose their real capability.

        Do you remember the sentence which is “I promise to sleep eight hours and eat carefully”. This is from a sample of Nineteenth-century Teacher contract. The contract was prepared for female teachers. The education history has sometimes included some strengs. I do not know there is still a country using those types of rules but it seems that it stayed behind for now. Education life and its rules do not change as fast as technology but it can have some differences belonging to times. When we look early times of education, we see reading, writing, and arithmetic as principal factors. They have not changed so far. However, the mechanism of education has changed. For example, students were not required to attend school because there was no a certain school for training. People were running after knowledge. However, when we look general education system in the World, coming to school is required. It can have many reasons but I think people do not want to learn by staying and it becomes more and more boring for them with time. Moreover, people want to acquire their own knowledge. In fact, today’s World is nearer to this idea but Twenty-First century still has many challenges. With this century, education won a dangerous tool, which is internet and social media coming with it. Standards have changed, diversity increased. In education new concepts of knowledge, learning and abilities came up. Students can choose their own education types. Free online courses have arrived so people can learn wherever and whenever they want. However, the diversity of information also changed and we do not know which information to trust, which to use, which not to use. Nowadays, there are over 12 million students in online education system today. This is the form of education today but I think we cannot guess the future form of education because any person could not have guessed that education will be in this form today. 
Moreover, there are another diversities effecting education. Some of them are cultural and language background, culture shock e.g...  Education is having a shape according to these diversities in any country. However, some parents home school their kids because they do not want their kids to effect from diversities and the dangerous occur with it.
There are another diversities coming with some perspectives. They are objectivist and constructivist perspectives. When we collect a hundred people to an area and if we ask them about choosing which perspective seems better for them. At least a ninety percentage of them will choose constructivist perspectives. However, objectivist perceptive still is the boss in the world. This is what we could not achieve with time. We could not catch the ultimate goal of teaching to make students really independent and self-regulated.

I think that the only way to catch the ultimate goal of teaching to train today’s effective teachers that intend lifelong learning and have a perfect repertoire. They should be mirrors of society and should have interpersonal skills to create democratic environment in class that includes students having self- awareness. In this situation, they can have survival stage however; they should feel more adequate and pass survival stage.
